Dining Room & Banquet Service Staff

Country Club of Missouri is seeking experienced servers and bartenders to staff our dining room and banquet facility. We are looking for bright, energetic individuals who like working in a professional setting and would like to utilize their hospitality experience.  

Daily duties include serving our dining room, setting up and serving events.

Must have some daytime availability
Must be available to work most weekends and holidays
Must be able to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to lift 15 pounds



The Country Club of Missouri is seeking experienced bartenders to staff our Dining Room, Banquet Facility, Breezeway Bar and Men's Lounge. We are looking for energetic individuals who like to work in a professional setting and would like to utilize their hospitality experience.  

Dining Room Bartender
Shifts available Tuesday through Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to close.
Must be experienced in the industry
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to lift 15 pounds
Must be able to work holidays

Breezeway and Men's Lounge Bartender
Seasonal position (golf season)- April through November
Duties include bartending, cleaning and maintaining work area, stocking supplies, preparing food for golfers, and serving drinks to golfers on the course and in the Men's Locker Room.
Must have daytime availability (shifts are typically 7/8 a.m. to 2/3 p.m.) 
Night shifts available as well (shifts are typically 2/3 p.m. to close)
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Applicants for this position must be male as they will serve in the Men's Locker Room. 
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have basic bartending knowledge
Must be able to lift 15 pounds

Summer Lifeguards

We are a very family-friendly, private Club that pride ourselves on hiring quality staff.  Our Members’ and guests’ safety is the most important aspect of your job as a CCMO Lifeguard!  In addition to performing all safety aspects, we look for staff who love working with a great team, interact well with all ages, and pride themselves on being the best!

Job Requirements:
Must have current Lifeguard certification from the American  Red Cross (by end of May). 
Enforce all rules, regulations, and safety practices. 
Practice and maintain lifesaving skills
Greet all Members and guests in a friendly, professional manner. 
Perform appropriate first aid and prepare reports for all incidents. 
Clean and sanitize the facility throughout shifts. 

Our pool is open Memorial Day weekend – Labor Day, 7 days a week from 11:00am – 8:00pm.
We offer a flexible schedule, but our staff must be available at least 2 of the 3 holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day). 
If you are not able to meet these scheduling requirements, please contact us about being a substitute guard.
Pay Range $9 - $10/hour + the chance to earn more by providing private swim lessons


Golf Course Maintenance - Seasonal

Assist with course set up, daily maintenance, mowing, general landscape maintenance and projects associated with the golf course.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift and carry landscape materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
Must be able and willing to work outside during periods of inclement weather and extreme heat.
Must be able to lift, bend, climb, stoop and pull frequently.
Equipment experience is helpful but not required.

This is a seasonal position. Hours may vary due to weather, etc. with up to 40+ available weekly.  
Pay depends on experience and work ethic.  Wage range is typically $8-$12/hr with some exceptions.



Part Time Dishwasher and general cleaning position.  No experience necessary.


Line Cook - Full Time & Part Time Positions

Job Summary:
Prepares items required for work station according to par sheets or instructions from chef. Prepares products assigned to his/her work station during service.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables and other items required for line and special function purposes.
2. Carefully follows standard recipes when preparing all items.
3. Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturers' instructions.
4. Cleans work station and equipment during shift. (Clean as you go.)
5. Returns unused food products to proper storage areas.
6. Assists with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed.
7. Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures.
8. Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other smallware items to the proper areas.
9. Performs other duties as requested by the chef.
10. Prepares employee meals.

Must be able to:
Stand and walk continuously
Push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
Stoop, bend and kneel occasionally
Reach overhead occasionally

Full Time.  Evening, weekends and holidays required. 
Must have:
Experience with menu creation
Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
