Junior Golf
The CCMO Junior Golf Program has something for juniors of all ability levels, ages 5 - 16. All Member children may participate in Junior Golf, even if you have a Bath & Tennis or Social membership. Our traditional Tuesday morning group meets for seven weeks in June and July. We devide each session into three groups at various stations including putting, chipping, and driving. We also allow limited on course play each week. July 8th we will travel to Perche Creek and play their Par 3 course. We also play putt-putt and hit range balls.
Entry forms must be completed and turned into the Golf Pro Shop by June 10th.
June 10th - July 29th.
Tuesday morning sessions include putting, chipping and driving as well as limited course play.
Please have your children at the Club a few minutes before the scheduled time so that the lessons will begin smoothly.
Beginning Juniors: Ages 5-9, meet Tuesdays from 9:45 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
A parent, adult babysitter or grandparent must accompany children age 5-6. Juniors ages 5 –9 that wish to play on the course afterwards may require a minimum of two adults present to supervise.
Intermediate Juniors: Ages 10-16, meet Tuesdays from 7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Advanced Juniors: Serious Golfers age 12 – 16, meet Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. (9 Holes of Play) This group is designed for the junior who wants to play competitive golf in high school and/or college. We recommend that juniors be at least 12 years old before playing in this group.
*These times are for lessons only. If you child plays afterwards, they will finish later than the time listed.

July 6th - Parent-Child #2 Tee Times starting at 3:00 (Sign up in the Golf Shop)
July 8th - Junior Golf at Perche Creek
July 29th - Junior Club Championship
August 3rd - Parent-Child #3 Tee Times starting at 3:00 (Sign up in the Golf Shop) CCMO Junior Golf End of Year Pool Party begins at 6:30 p.m.
Out parent-child tournaments have been a huge success the last few years. This year we will have events in June, July and August. We play formats that include alternate shot and best ball. If you would like more information about these events, please call the golf shop at 442-1310.
The cornerstone of our Tuesday morning program continues to be parental support. Without the help of parents we would not be able to travel to Perche Creek or provide adequate supervision to allow our juniors the privilege to play on the course after a lesson.
